ORDER TIME

All orders will be dealt with and dispatched as quickly as possible, usually within 2 days. As I handmake all the products if an item is out of stock or a different colourway requested then I will contact you to let you know how long your order will take and if its too long I will issue a full refund

What payments methods do you accept?
We gladly accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or regular account payments all through PayPal which is very safe and you do not need to have a PayPal account to pay with this method.

Is shopping on this site secure?
Yes. We use PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with and encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available)

Do I need a PayPal account to shop with Banderole?
No you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store, but if you have one already you may use it.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
I hope your happy with your Banderole purchase but if for any reason you are unsatisfied please get in contact with me jenny@banderole.co.uk and I will resolve the issue. If goods are to be returned the return postage must be paid by the customer and it is recommended to use a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
